About Me

Hi! My name is Courtney Melvin. I’m a graphic designer, born and raised in Michigan. I’ve always loved art and being creative, even as a kid. As I got older, I took an interest in photography and photo editing. In high school, I worked at a local art studio leading a variety of classes for kids and adults. After graduation from Dexter High School, I attended Grand Valley State University, then transferred to Washtenaw Community College to be closer to home. During this time, I also worked remotely as a graphic design assistant for an industrial manufacturing company located in Holland, MI. After completing my Associate degree, I again transferred to Eastern Michigan University to pursue my Bachelor degree.

Some things I love are: nature photography, bees, plants (especially moss), rainy days, psychological thrillers, board games, dessert-scented candles, all things cozy, and my cat, Soup.
